In the winter of 2024, MCS was hired by the owner to collaborate on the renovation project at the Boat Basin Cottages. MCS completed all carpentry, custom millwork, drywall installation, and interior painting for 28 cottage and loft-style units. The project spanned three months, with tight deadlines met to ensure a successful spring opening.
