MCS was hired by the Owner/Developer to oversee quality control for all interior construction work at the hotel. This involved close collaboration with the Owner’s Representative, PMA Associates, and the builder, Suffolk Construction. The MCS Team created a punch list for each area using Procore software and conducted a series of back checks to ensure all flagged items were corrected to meet the required standards.
MCS also provided additional labor resources at various stages of the project to assist with tasks outside the builder’s scope or those considered part of the Day #2 scope. These tasks included areas such as the Entrance Lobby and Café, The Blind Duck Tavern, the Ballrooms, and the Grand Staircase.
