Project Description

House Zero Project was a first-of-its kind test case functioning as a prototype for ultra-efficiency. House Zero’s  building was data driven to inform algorithms within the building software to adjust and reconfigure its daily operation based on current and future weather projections to achieve almost zero energy required for heating and cooling, 100% ventilation, 100% daylight autonomy and zero carbon emissions.

MCS Inc liaised with Harvard GSD and Owners rep CSL Associates to perform corrective work to interior / exterior finishes and the successful completion of the Owners final punch list.
